In this book you’ll find more than a hundred Dolce Darlin’ recipes to experience! Whether you’re 8 or 88, an absolute novice or an experienced cook, there is something here for you! We’ve even pulled some of our most cherished, beloved, and award-winning recipes from the PinkHouse vault for y’all! The PinkHouse was for everyone and we’re keeping the legacy alive through this book and every person who cooks from it!

Beyond the recipes, culinary tips, and practical use of this book, there is more. I’ve laid my heart and soul into these pages. I’m sharing my family with you. I’m sharing my tragedy and triumphs. I’m reminding you that life can be tough but it’s no match for a strong back, an open heart, and a lot of love. I’m giving you a piece of myself in every page of this book. Thank you for giving me the chance to share it all with you!

27 Days until we say I do! We’re counting down and sharing info about the wedding as we do! Here’s something you may not know…we’re LIVE STREAMING THE WEDDING. NOW…this might seem funny or silly or pretentious or weird or whatever. Maybe so, but here’s the thing… We knew that we could only invite a small group of people to this event. (The budget is real and it is small, y’all! 😂) But we also could not imagine getting married without y’all. This business has been a main part of my survival these last few years. Many of you have seen me grow as a person and watched the Little Darlins grow up, too. You met DM and the bonus kids here years ago and loved them from the beginning just like I did. You’ve cheered us on and encouraged us and wanted this more for us than anyone else. Meet Eleanor! (And her human, Little d) It’s a day to learn about SNAKES!

28 Days! Hey fam, this is DM. I wanted to share something I’m excited about for our wedding! In order to be closer to the kids and our closest friends and family, we’re flying all the way back to GA then driving up to those beautiful blue ridge mountains. The travel part is something I’m REALLY looking forward to! Long plane rides, picking up the luggage, rental car, the drive north with our family and then finally pulling up to a gravel driveway in a quiet heaven. The smell of pine and oak. The sound of an unseen stream. The fresh air and a cool evening breeze. It’s that end destination that’s truly rememberable. Kids unloading the car and running in to stake their claim on a bedroom. It’s going to be awesome! I can’t wait to get married! Eek!!😬

Hear me out…what if you NEVER went back to cans of biscuits ever again. What if you saved money, knew exactly what was in your food, and made a WAY, WAY, WAY (dare I say incomparable) better biscuit at home..? I know your next words. “Yes, that’d be awesome. But 🤷‍♀️I don’t have time.” My friend. Lemme break it down for you! It takes only THREE ingredients to make these. They’re inexpensive ingredients and you may already have them at home! It takes only FIVE minutes to put them together. And no, that’s not five minutes for an experienced baker. That is five minutes for anyone ever. Seriously, your five-year-old kiddo could make these biscuits in five minutes. It takes only 15 minutes to bake them. Aren’t you baking those canned biscuits for about 18 minutes anyway? You’re only adding a couple dishes and two or three more minutes for a far superior product that your whole family is going to love so much. I’ll tell ya what. I’ll show you. You grab some self-rising flour, a stick of butter, and some butter milk or regular milk. Meet me here tomorrow at 3pm est and I’ll show you. Get ready to have an afternoon snack of fresh, fluffy, warm biscuits! See y’all tomorrow! 💕

It’s 29 days to go and we’re excited enough to count down and share some fun bits about the upcoming wedding as we do! 29 Days left - DM, my major music lover, is building the entire reception playlist! We can expect to hear things like Aerosmith, Conway Twitter, Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, Frank Sinatra, Lizzo, Benson Boone, 50 Cent, Randy Travis, NSync, Billie Eilish, etc, etc. He may even slip in a wedding reception kind of heavy metal song! When people say they like all kinds of music, they don’t normally mean ALLLLLL kinds. DM does mean it. With his whole heart! 😂😂 Things we WONT hear: Rascall Flatts (DM can’t stand them because they are ‘the original boy band of country music’ 😂😂😂😂 and the YMCA…he just hates that’s song! 😂🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Other than those two things, nothing would be a surprise! Haha!

I’m Ms. Darlin’ and I am always in the shop and around to greet you! Spending time and meeting y’all is the best part for me! Food is my love language, I’m always reading something, Christmas is my favorite time of the year, I dance like no one is watching, I wish Dolly was my bestie, I love the Lord with all my heart, and my family is my everything!

Big D is my right hand girl! She is currently pursuing a degree along with her bakery duties. She’s a leader among followers and an exceptional daughter, friend, and sister. She’s devoted, loyal, honest, and has the best laugh in the world! She wants to take over the bakery one day!

Little d is my most trusted taste tester, dishwasher, and kitchen cleaner! He’s the one who makes sure each recipe is the best it can be. He’s loud, hilarious, ready with a hug, always up for random dancing, and fiercely protective of the ones he loves.
